Warehouse Supervisor
Summary/Objective
DD DANNAR, LLC, is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of a mobile, off-road energy platform that is the first in a new class of hybrid-electric work vehicles. We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.

Inventory management: Ensuring that products are available when needed by conducting stock takes and ordering new supplies

Ensure that goods are received and dispatched on time. Receive all incoming deliveries, work with the drivers to ensure the right delivery, and record any damage. Receive and inventory all parts/components, maintain organization and inventory control of the warehouse, making it clear what items are in stock and when new items need to be ordered.

Prepare and process all paperwork related to shipping orders for customers. Responsible for monitoring shipments and deliveries, which are maintained via an item record and documents.

Maintain a safe working environment

Improve efficiency by streamlining warehouse activities and coordinating with other departments

Recruit, train, guide, and evaluate warehouse technicians

Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained

Communicate with staff, management, suppliers, and other departments
-
Analyze shipment logs, review delivery timeliness, and make suggestions for productivity improvements

Conduct all data entry to create BOL of label for any delivery outbound, ex. UPS/FedEx.

Stage build list for assembly technicians

Work as part of a team with the assembly area and meeting their needs, as well as the purchasing department and meeting their needs.

Track the performance of the warehouse overall to ensure that it’s running smoothly. Utilize reports to stay informed about the warehouse project statuses.

Responsible for the team performance of the warehouse.

Travel Required:

Required education and experience:
-
HS Diploma or equivalent
-
Forklift certification
-
Time Management skills
-
Experience in using warehouse tools and knowing what to use when

Six Sigma Training – Yellow belt minimum
Preferred education and experience:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or equivalent
-
Experience with Inventory software
-
Prior warehouse experience
Work authorization/security clearance requirements:
Authorized to work in the United States.
