Warehouse Technician

Summary/Objective

DD DANNAR, LLC, is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of a mobile, off-road energy platform that is the first in a new class of hybrid-electric work vehicles. We are looking for a Software Engineer to be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining computer software for the Mobile Power Station (MPS). Using creativity and technical skills they apply the principles of software engineering to help solve new and ongoing problems on the MPS.

Essential Functions:

• Receive and inventory all parts/components, maintain organization and inventory control of the warehouse, making it clear what items are in stock and when new items need to be ordered. 
• Conduct all data entry to create BOL of label for any delivery outbound, ex. UPS/FedEx, track all incoming inventory, process orders for any needed materials. 
• Receive all incoming deliveries, working with the drivers to ensure the right delivery and recording any damage. 
• Stage build list for assembly technicians 
• Work as part of a team with the assembly area and meeting their needs, as well as the purchasing department and meeting their needs.

Supervisory responsibilities:

No supervisory responsibilities

 Work environment

• Warehouse, parking lot, and assembly floor 
• Items falling being dropped – hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel toe boots 

Physical demands:

• Push and pull up to 150lbs 
• Bend and stoop  
• Lift up to 75lbs 
• Stand for long periods of time
• Work in hot and cold conditions 

Travel Required: 

• Less than 10%

Required education and experience: 

• HS Diploma or equivalent 
• Forklift certification 
• High Voltage Training 
• Time Management skills 
• Experience in using warehouse tools and knowing what to use when 
• Six Sigma Training – Yellow belt minimum 

Preferred education and experience: 

• Experience with Inventory software 
• Prior warehouse experience  

Work authorization/security clearance requirements:

Authorized to work in the United States.
